Meet Our Yoga School Teacher's

What Our Students Say About Us

I can’t say enough about what a lovely experience I’ve had here. From the get go I was made to feel welcomed and at home. The teachers were all very knowledgeable and supportive and since I was in a very small group, it felt like I was getting a one on one experience that I would not have had the opportunity of receiving anywhere else. The location is great, surrounded by nature and away from the noise of the town. The waterfall pool right in front is really convenient for cooling off on hot summer days. Yogesh Ji is always there to assist in any way he can. The food is great and the cook/caretaker is super kind. The little tea shop next door has great chai, which is an added bonus!Where does one begin with the teachers??? Yogesh ji and Chirag ji were great in imparting anatomy and physiology knowledge- I learned so much about how our skeletal system impacts our practice and am super grateful. Mahesh ji made yoga philosophy lessons interesting and applicable to current times, with his anecdotes and detailed explanations, inspiring me to want to learn much more. Megha ji was able to demonstrate every little detail about hatha yoga asanas and gave some of the best adjustment and modification tips I’ve ever received. Nitin ji made ashtanga classes seem so easy and I absolutely loved his humble energy. Shubham ji really took me into myself with his wonderful yoga nidra sessions and made me want to delve deeper into pranayama. Vishnu ji made mantra singing fun and always had the wildest stories to share. It’s been an amazing month of learning and growing, and I could not have picked a better place to do it! Thanks so much to everyone at MFH, a wonderfully positive experience!!!! (A big special thanks to Santosh for being kind and generous with his time, and of course to Shanti the cat, for being well, a cat.)🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Had such a good time taking part in the 100h anatomy and therapy course. All the teachers made the learning accessible and enjoyable.Yogesh was very helpful and a great host. The location is banging and I would be interested in returning to do further courses. Thankyou for your time!!
Together with my partner we joined the 100-hour anatomy and therapy yoga course. We both loved every minute of it.You could tell that the teachers have passion for the subject and that they know a lot about it. Not a single question was left unanswered.I also enjoyed the interactive class structure. There was plenty of room to ask questions, discuss and integrate theoretical knowledge. The knowledge really helps in understanding each movement in the body and how this relates to mental processes. It definitely changed how I step on my mat each day, with more compassion, appreciation and amazement for my body.We highly recommend each yogi whether you are a teacher or not, to join this course!
Do not hesitate and book your trip at Mind Flow Harmony!I spent more than 1 month there including my 200h Yoga Teacher Training Program.Yogesh, the manager, and also the anatomy teacher, will make you feel home. He is always available and ready to help if needed and it is much appreciated, thanks again! The environment is absolutely wonderful, surrended by nature. Exotic birds, waterfall, mountains, monkeys and more... Nature view from each rooms! Also a few cute cafes are around to enjoy local chai.It takes around 30 minutes to walk to the city from the school.Regarding the training, you will be able to learn from amazing teachers that has a deep knowledge and always the smile, quite helpful to keep your motivation up when you can be tired from the training. My only recommandation if you are comfortable would be to take a scooter to be able to do school/town easily the evening or the Sunday if you want to move around!Thank you again Yogesh and all the team for this beautiful journey 🙂
I am very grateful for everything I learned in the last few weeks in the 100-hour anatomy and yoga therapy training. The teachers have a lot of knowledge and transmit it in a way that is understandable and applicable to the practice of yoga.Understanding how the body works in the practice of asanas has helped me lose the fear of injuries and has given me the confidence to start sharing yoga safely both for healthy people and with people who have different diseases. The location is idyllic, the training is very complete and well structured, the space is very well maintained and the staff is very attentive.A training that every person on the path of yoga should course. Thank you very much!alba
Amazing place
Embarking on the 200-hour yoga teacher training at Mind Flow academy in Rishikesh was an experience beyond words—a journey of self-discovery, growth, and profound connection with the ancient practice of yoga.Nestled amidst the breathtaking natural surroundings, the setting itself was nothing short of magical. The teachers were truly exceptional. Their depth of knowledge, passion, and unwavering dedication to their students were evident in every class. From mastering asanas to understanding yoga philosophy, pranayama and anatomy, they guided us with patience, compassion, and wisdom, nurturing our growth as practitioners and future teachers. The accommodation provided was comfortable and inviting. The rooms were clean and well-maintained by the sweet and smiley Satya and the delicious food served at the academy was prepared with love and mindfulness by sweet Prim.Made a lot of lovely memories with my fellow classmates and I am also very thankful for this.Approaching any experience with preconceived judgments can cloud our perception and lead to finding faults or things we don't enjoy. However, embracing an open heart and a spirit of adventure allows us to fully immerse ourselves in the moment, leading to the most fulfilling and enriching experiences imaginable. In conclusion, my experience at MFH yoga academy in Rishikesh was nothing short of transformative. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, guided by amazing teachers, nourished by delicious food, and supported by dedicated staff, I emerged from the training with a profound sense of gratitude, inner peace, and empowerment. It was truly a journey of a lifetime, one that I will cherish and carry with me on my path as a yogi and teacher. Thanks to the team 🙏🏻
I came here with the expectation to get more knowledge on how to improve my physical asanas - and find more stability in my everyday life. And now one month after completing my 200 hrs Hatha training training, I can confidently say, that I found so much more.I learned so much about the whole concept behind yoga and I understand yoga now as not only asanas and physical exercise anymore but a set of different tools that help me to be more balanced and calm.As the classes are kept small with a maximum of 10 people, the atmosphere is very personal and really aligned with your individual feelings. Sana and Yogesh make sure one feels comfortable and are always there if any support is needed, which made me feel very safe but also allowed me to be vulnerable. The teachers are amazing, and experts in every single subject they teach:- Yogesh, who taught me so much about the anatomy behind yoga and especially the influence of our nervous system which helped me to cope better with stress.- Sana, who pushed me beyond my boundaries in dynamic meditation and helped me to open up to feeling I was suppressing for years.- Megha, who inspired me with her strict and warm-hearted open very detailed hatha teaching.- Nitin, who has such a sunny warm energy that you just feel joy being around him, even though ashtanga wasn’t my favourite style.- And last but not least the amazing inspiring yoga philosophy, pranayama and meditation teacher Som, who really catched me on a different level. Words can’t describe how much I learned from him and his calming and modest manner. The pranayama is super helpful for me to really find focus on my mind. Thanks a lot for this unforgettable and impactful experience again! If you are still thinking if this is the right yoga school, I really hope to take any doubts from you - because this is definitely the best decision you can do.
I joined 100h Yin Yoga TTC.I'm not good at English. But every teachers kindly politely teached me.I could finish course with many new knowledge. And location is also so nice. There is waterfall in front of ashram.I can listen waterfall's sound in my room and yoga hall.So I enjoyed 2weeks.Kosuke from Japan.
It was an amazing experience everyone was so supportive I have learned hath yog from Rohit sir and he taught me very calmly😌Thank you 🙏🏻
I had a wonderful experience at Mind Flow Harmony completing the Yoga Anatomy and Therapy course. It is a well rounded course with brilliant teachers covering a variety of topics. The anatomy and therapy modules are so informative and covering mental and emotional aspects as well as physical. The pranayama and hatha teachings were taught with such depth of knowledge and authenticity. Studying here was another level. Being in a small group of 10 across multiple courses meant there was time and space for deep discussions and the teachers went above and beyond to cater for everyone's needs. I'm really pleased I picked this school; being up the hill away from the busyness of the town was an added bonus. Swimming in the stream was wonderful. Thanks Yogesh!
Mind Flow Harmony Yoga Academy, 200 hours yoga TTC.I would love to share my thoughts about my experience in the Academy. This was an amazing journey for me, I found here profound knowledge of Yoga, not only in physical practice of doing asanas, which was exceptionally helpful (fantastic teachers team), but a brilliant and rare information about anatomy (many thanks to Yogesh), philosophy, which gave me an understanding of spiritual principles of Yoga, meditation practice (allows to feel more connected to yourself, body and mind), mantra chanting (excellent practice to clean mind and feel real emotions). The information is well structured and explained. Though I've been practicing Yoga more than 10 years, after this course I reconsidered my previous experience, and adjusted my vision of Yoga, both in asanas practice and Yoga philosophy perception. This place is a hidden gem in Himalayas, situated in beautiful environment, where you can find peace for mind and time for a deep practice. I really appreciate this place and people who have enough courage to do something they truly believe in. Many thanks to Zainab and Yogesh for their care and knowledge. I highly recommend the Academy for anybody who wants to develop in Yoga practice or feels tired on his or her journey and search for time and space to find a connection to inner voice.Namaste🙏
I went for a meditation course here and it was a truly wonderful experience. The staff, the course and the surrounding s all exceeded my expectations. Would recommend this very much for anyone wishing to have a tranquil break in the mountains. Thankyou Zainab and Yogeshji for a lovely time in Rishikesh.
In the midst of beautiful nature, in a cool and sunny climate, next to the waterfalls, I had the opportunity to do my 100 h Yin Yoga Teacher Training for the last 2 weeks. It was an intense and memorable time, in which I learned so much, not only for my yoga journey, but also for life. This is thanks to Yogesh, Zainab and the wonderful teachers who guided me, and supported me throughout the journey.100 h training within 2 weeks is intense, but I can say that the schedule was a perfect balance between theoretic input, movement classes, and some „special“ program like cooking classes, outings to Tapovan and massage. But be prepared to leave behind your own life for some time :)I especially liked the daily anatomy classes, very practical, knowhow which helps me understand the human body better and which help me to improve my own yoga practise and my future yoga classes.— Remember that your body is a tool you will always carry with you. In this way, this knowledge I gained through Yogesh’s Anatomy classes is priceless!I also appreciated having the meals in silence, which helped to be mindful when eating the food, and which supported the individual journey of everyone. The food was sattvic and delicious. As I love cooking, getting insight into the preparation of some Indian dishes in a cooking class was also a highlight for me.If you love being in nature and want to learn yoga by experienced teachers, don’t hesitate to choose Mind Flow Harmony Academy!Note: I did the training end of February, when the climate started to be a bit less cold. However, be sure to pack warm clothes, because in the mountains it will get cold when the sun is gone. I think the best weather you will have in March.Thank you again, Zainab, Yogesh and the whole team, for this unique experience! In deep gratitude,Simone
My experience of 200 hours stay at the academy was incredible…has been a life changing experience. I have learned so much more than what I thought I would. The course was very well thought out and covered almost all the aspects of yoga including asanas , pranayama and their benefits as well. Teachers are extremely professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. Practising yoga, meditation and some deep philosophy classes had a huge impact on me that now I am finally being able to feel my body and pay attention to myself .My good wishes and a big Thank You !
Mind Flow Harmony is the best choice I made here in India, after doing several teacher trainings, the location is perfect outside of the buzz and fuzz, right in nature alongside a river with natural pools and a beautiful waterfall. The teacher a knowledgeable and the classes are of quality and well designed as part of the program as the course progresses. It is an art to make the pieces fall together in course like these. I did the Yin Teacher training and I am amazed by the experience. I will definitely come back❤️ thank you Yogesh, Zainab and team
I recently attended attended Yin Yoga training at Mind Flow Harmony Rishikesh The location was so beautiful and peaceful surrounded by hills , a beautiful river and forest. The teachers were great very detailed and patient, as the class sizes are smaller more one to one guidance is given Zainab and her team were so accommodating and helpful throughout the course The rooms were super clean , comfortable and spacious. if you are looking for a great experience please do check out Mind Flow Harmony
My experience at Mind Flow Harmony Academy has been overwhelmingly positive. So much better than I expected! The teachers, the location, rooms, the food, the care for students and the communication were all excellent. I especially appreciate teacher Yogesh ji, his anatomy classes are literally life-changing. What a blessing to have chosen this place! I highly recommend it and I intend to return here myself.
This is my second visit to Mind Flow Harmony in Rishikesh last time I visited for a retreat, this time I attended 200 Hour Meditation Training with ZainabThe location is perfect as its nestled in the hills away from the noise of the main town, and only a short journey to reach which makes it perfect for mediation close to the calming sounds of water. The detailed course was very well thought out and the science behind was explained carefully, I walked away with a great deal of knowledge and techniques I can use.It is really the Best Meditation Training in Rishikesh , I spoke to some other people while attending the course and they were attending other schools, based on our conversation the course and location is great value and the knowledge learnt is incredible, highly recommend Mind Flow Harmony to everyoneI look forward to returning again in the future
My personal expierience in this school was something I did not expect. I did come for knowledge in Yoga Anatomy&Therapy but got more than that.. I got to get to look into myself.Every teacher I had was a beautiful soul I will always remember. Zainab, she will be there if you need her, she was for me and not only during the course, her care didnt stop when i left, dont be shy and ask then she will be there, right by your side. Vishnu with his light. Mega with her wit and also sharpness, so knowledgable, i loved her and will follow her on instagram now when I cant join her classes anymore. Som with his passion for what he teaches and openess to discuss any topic, was the best yoga phylosophy. And of course Yogesh and his great way to explain Anatomy and Therapy, hard to find this good of a teacher that would actually make Anatomy one of my favorite classes. And not only that, he will be there for you if you need him because he has this kindness and care ❤️If you come with judjments in your mind, you can always find something you would do different or dont enjoy. But if you come with open heart and adventure spirit, you will have the best time ever ❤️And the location.. i spend many hours exploring around and never got bored, every day was a new adventure! Also the silent dinner and silent day was great. First i had resistance towards it, but turned out it was needed as part of my healing journey. And surely their beautiful shop with the best bath oil and some great candles! And as a cherry on top - school cat Shanti who was there cuddling with me when I needed her the most. ❤️All in all , if you wanna come for Anatomy and Therapy , I would highly recomend!Honestly, I do wish we had more time to also spend with the teachers outside of the classes, some sort of team building, maybe, cause for me personally thats something I do love.Thank you so much, Mind flow Academy! You will see me again!
Mindflow Harmony is truly a haven for those seeking meditation and yoga retreats in the serene backdrop of Hrishikesh, India. Having participated in their weeklong retreats twice in the last one year, I am glad to share my enriching experience.1. One of the standout features is their commitment to providing a personalized experience. With small cohorts of fewer than 10 people, the atmosphere is intimate, allowing for focused guidance that caters to individual needs.2. The diversity among participants adds a unique charm to the retreats. Meeting individuals from various corners of the world offers a chance to appreciate and understand different cultures and perspectives.3. The instructors at Mindflow Harmony are not only well-trained but also possess the expertise required to guide participants through their meditation and yoga journey. Their knowledge and nurturing approach significantly contribute to the overall transformative experience.4. Nestled amidst the lush green hills, Mindflow Harmony provides a much needed escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The picturesque surroundings create an ideal setting for self-reflection and inner exploration. Nearby waterfalls offer a refreshing opportunity for meditation or a rejuvenating dip.5. What sets this place apart is their commitment to understanding each participant's unique needs and challenges. The academy goes the extra mile, willingly adjusting schedules and course content to ensure maximum effectiveness for every individual.
Beautiful place, beautiful people.I finished my Yin Yoga teacher training in Mind Flow Harmony and I couldn't be more happy with my experience.Rooms are nice and clean. Very classy. The view is breathtaking. Food is so good. Teachers are very kind and friendly. They had time and patience to always dive into a deep chat, explain, support. I felt very welcome and safe.I recommend this school with all my heart...I hope to go back one day<3
When I was planning my trip to India, specifically Rishikesh, I wanted to find a place that I could rest, recover and rejuvenate. Rishikesh has soo many yoga schools, and I was very undecided on where to go. I came across Mind Flow Harmony Yoga Academy while searching online, and decided to do the 200 hour teacher training course. I am soo happy that I chose this academy, it was exactly what I needed! The location was absolutely beautiful, the teachers were soo welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we received the best training and knowledge possible. I learnt soo much at Mind Flow Harmony, and met the most amazing people. Best decision I ever made! Thank you Mind Flow Harmony Yoga Academy, my time with u all will be cherished forever.
What a journey at Mindflow. After a 200h in another school I wanted to learn more so I did 3 course with them : 100h of anatomy and yoga therapy, 85h yin yoga and level 1&2 sound healing. If you are looking for :- a peaceful environnement : river sound, monkeys in the trees, calm and nature all around you- knowledgable teachers who put mental health first and have a beautiful emotional intelligence- to have a solid base to start your teaching journey- find your way back to your deep and inner selfIf you are ready for the ride, this will be the place for you to grow.Yogesh, Sana, Rohito, Megha, Swami Ji, for your support, encouragement and knowledge. Thank you for everything 🙏I am blessed to know that I call this academy my home, yes I will be back ahaha ! 😂Love love love,Bimla 🪷💖✨
Just completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training here, with a focus on Hatha and Ashtanga, while also covering meditation (including Yoga Nidra)/chanting/breath techniques, philosophy, anatomy and a bit of teaching methodology at the end. This was a perfect option for me, as I am already immersed in a yogic inspired life but wanted a stronger foundation from which to guide others to start their yogic journey. It was a safe and very peaceful environment, right next to a small water fall and stream. So there was always the sound of rushing water, which was relaxing day and night. The area is lush green, with surrounding stepped farm lands with a scattering of local amenities. All these features made the environment very conducive for learning, engaging in yogic practices, and for me rest during periods of downtime. The program here is very well structured and I agree with their statement that the curriculum isn't too much, and isn't too little. While the curriculum does push you, they daily schedule of breaks between courses allows you to absorb, reflect and rest. They really focus on integrating the methods into your days spent there so, you can 1. enhance your own yogic / wellbeing journey, 2. be able to teach from a place of experience, 3. get the most out of the experience and pursuit of knowledge. The teachers here are outstanding. They know their craft because they live it, and are passionate about it. There are a nice variety of teaching methods / teaching personality styles here, and you will get a more authentic Indian experience which draws on incredibly vast sources of knowledge and guru to student learning (which is more disciplined than a Western approach in my opinion, but also relies heavily on spoken teaching and learning through repetition of action). That said, it's set up to be comfortable for non Indians alike. The food and accommodation were pleasant. The food is healthy sattvic most of the time with the occasional treat now and then. It inspired me to start cooking this way after the program. Meals were twice a day, with an additional small serving of fruit and tea in the morning, so keep that in mind. Silence is also recommended during the meals, so you can practice mindfulness and absorb more of the overall experience.I had a single room with double bed and balcony which is a bit more private than the double rooms. However, both are nice options. My advice for completing a 200 hour yoga training, would be to build your asana yoga practice in the weeks leading up to the program, so you are more prepared for 3 hours of yoga 6 days a week. Beginners did and can do this program, but personally I would not recommend unless you are very fit. Also, this is India, so if you are coming from Westernized countries you need to be a bit relaxed and flexible about things... like handwashing your clothes (which is easy and doesn't take much time). India is very different than the West but also very beautiful in its own ways. All the best!
I have joined Mind Flow Harmony for my 200YTT, cannot recommend this school enough! Being quite far from the noise of Tapovan, in a very quiet set up, I had the chance to concentrate on the teachings and practice. This is not your place if you are looking for a night out after the lessons, but ideal for your inward journey which is the essence of yoga. I felt being part of a family, Yogesh, Zainab, Megha, Vishnu, Rohit, Sadhu, they all clearly teach out of their heart, the personal touch is there in every way and that makes an immense difference compared to schools with 20+ batches of students. In these conditions hatha gets real, close to one to one instruction, meditation is intimate and soul-touching, anatomy can be taught with real examples, ashtanga gets printed in your mind, kirtan a wholesome flow. I always got out from a lesson with a sense of accomplishment and felt positively challenged, extra help was always available for doubts and not a single step in this journey was ever rushed but carefully driven by this amazing team. It has been life-changing for me and I strongly believe that this was the ideal setup, thank you all, will surely be back!!!
Nice hostel up in the woods by the wonderful stream coming down from the Secret Waterfall, which is about 5 min walk further up.Located near a cascade and a natural pool, which tend to be crowded during the day but the location is fairly quiet at dark. In the rooms it is very quiet from 9pm to 6am, and fairly quiet and piecefull during the day.The place is in fact a Yoga school for 200h students, with two Yoga halls. But they also provide rooms and simple (sattvic) meals to any guest. Closeby there is a cheap food shack. At the waterfall and on the way up there are several cafe's.Zainab and Yogesh who run the place are nice poeple and their staff is polite and helpful.Approachable by car or motorbike, but not by tuktuk, so don't be tempted to hire a tuktuk because it will drop you 10 min walk before the place, as they cannot drive the dirt road up.
The yoga teacher training course is an extensive course, which I highly enjoyed. The teachers are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and enjoy helping the students on their journey. The program does focus on the full aspects of yoga, which gives you a good background and knowledge🧘‍♀️.Located a little bit up hill in nature near a waterfall, the place is quiet and enjoyable. Rooms are clean and service is great.
A really good experience, thoroughly enjoyable !!
It was magical to start at the Academy, the place is women friendly and peaceful.
Mind flow harmony yoga was amazing experience. Originally, I suppose to just stay there for 7 nights. After looking what servis they provide I added 5 days yoga and meditation retreat. I loved it so much that I stayed extra 2 nights . I also decided to go for 5 days sound bathing experience and it cleaned my body and mind. I have learned so much in this place and I am so grateful I had the time and opportunity to do this. I could live there easily for longer period of time. You are in nature and your mind and body connect with it. You can have waterfall shower every morning (I have done that), so I recommend to do that. 🍀🌏☀️🌈🇮🇳
Just completed my 200 hour YTT here and highly recommend! Zainab and Yogesh take such good care of everyone, and after a month it really felt like a second home. I’ve learned so much and it will forever be a significant point that has set my life into a better direction. It’s an excellent academy for learning yoga and developing yourself on your journey. You learn the traditional philosophy and asanas of yoga, plus at Mind Flow they make it applicable and practical for modern life. For example in Anatomy class, we talked about specific techniques for protecting joints in the sun salutation from a bio-mechanical perspective. Since my joints hyperextend, Yogesh even took extra effort to help me understand how to protect myself. In Meditation Class, we discussed real world stress and put it into context of how yoga techniques of pranayama and meditation and diaphragmatic breathing etc can help. Every teacher is dedicated and passionate about their subject, and it comes through in the training. Also, Mind Flow has set up the schedule and lesson plan with the students in mind. They provide a gap between the classes which adds valuable space to process the class, maybe process emotions that arose from meditation, and let the knowledge from one subject sink in before jumping into the next.Mind Flow Harmony Academy is in beautiful location nestled in the valley above Tapovan. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the town, however on our off days we could walk 30-40 minutes down or take a taxi to go explore. The academy is surrounded by nature and is a few meters from a rushing river where we could swim. And the lush tree filled mountainside offers a few options for hiking. All together it’s an extremely peaceful oasis where you can truly focus on learning and bettering yourself.I highly recommend Mind Flow Harmony Academy for Yoga Teacher Training!
Fantastic place. You will rarely - if ever - meet people who are as committed to their students’ growth. These are the best of the best.
This yoga academy is unlike any other in rishikesh.Nestled up high, away from the buzz of upper tapovan, mind flow harmony is a safe haven for the mind and the soul. You'll find inspiration in the panoramic jungle views and calm in the local waterfalls, where you can head after a lesson to digest the new information, and process. My main take away was discovering and unlocking the complex and intricate world of anatomy. Yogesh, the anatomy teacher is a person who works with a passion for movement, seeing and respecting the body as the delicate but magnificent system that it is. He brings fun to teaching, keeping it light and focusing on student involvement, I learnt alot about teaching itself from him, too.As for yoga, the hatha yoga teacher gets you into shape fast, she is firm but fair, and gets results. This was the best part of yoga for me, the class felt well held and she guided me through the difficult movements with patience and precision. It's definitely worth mentioning the food here too, the two cooks are absolute joys to be around, a bubbly team that cook up some delicious, healthy Indian foods to fuel your yoga journey.Overall, go here... You won't regret it, there really isn't a better location for yoga in rishikesh.Namaste 🙏
The view is amazing and the teachers too..

Absolutely loved our time at Mind Flow Harmony! We were there for 12 days on a Yoga Retreat. The location and rooms are stunning and you feel so at peace within the surroundings. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind and you really feel cared for by them. We would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Parul, Zainab and Yogesh! We’re so grateful for the opportunity.
Peaceful and mesmerizing surrounding ,a perfect place to practice and learn yoga ,with sounds of waterfall and birds it is very close to nature
Superb experience...beautiful place...teachers help to balance your mental state...energies are really positive....location is awesome....feeling relaxed...
I attended 3 courses at Mind Flow, Yoga Therapy, Prenatal Yoga and Yin Yoga. The course was super well paced, with the right amount of information, with the most patient, calm and soft spoken teachers I have ever seen. There was no rush to teach and cover material so as students, we were able to pay full attention without getting tired or overwhelmed.Every single teacher knew their subject thoroughly making their teaching and instructions clear and to the point, descriptive and easy to remember.Absolutely would recommend for beginners and experienced alike!Yogesh is a fantastic anatomy teacher! Thorough, descriptive, patient and humorous!Pooja is one of the most calm, nurturing and encouraging teachers I have ever come across.Zainab is so interested and well-read in her subject that it shows in every part of the course material and teaching! Her enthusiasm to teach made it much more enthusiastic for the students to learn and know more! All in all, a peaceful, knowledgeable learning journey!!
